Order processing:
- Order online (from 9am to 4pm) will be delivered to the delivery address on the next day.
- We cannot guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, product images, prices, promotions, inventory, ingredients, or other information or content on the website. We cannot confirm the price of the goods before the order is shipped. We reserve the right to modify or update website information or cancel the order due to inaccurate or missing information. We will not deduct money from your credit card before the order enters the shipping process. If we cancel the order after debiting your credit card, we will refund the full payment to your account. For any order that does not meet our terms and conditions, DA MA MEAT reserves the right to cancel your order.
Delivery Coverage Area
Klang Valley only (excluding Kajang, Rawang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Sepang and Kuala Langat)
- Please fill in the complete delivery address and make sure the delivery address is accurate.
- Each order can be sent to one address only. If you want to deliver goods to different addresses, please place orders separately according to different addresses.
- Once the order is confirmed, DA MA MEAT will not be responsible for the wrong address given.
- (Before the order is delivered) If the customer is unable to receive the parcel due to personal reasons, please contact customer service to make arrangements.
Delivery Time:
Order online (from 9am to 4pm) will be delivered to the delivery address on the next day.
- Monday to Saturday: From 3pm to 7pm
- Sunday: No Delivery
- Public Holidays: depending on the situation.
- In case of holidays or weather conditions, the delivery time may be extended.
Change Of Address:.
- If you need to change the delivery address before the order is delivered, kindly contact our customer service. If any there is any additional fee applied and must be paid by customers.
- (Before the order is delivered) If the customer fails to receive the item due to personal reasons, kindly contact our customer service to make new arrangements.
- If the shipment fails, your order may be canceled, and the company will not refund.
